Themed Wedding Favors
If you are planning your wedding in the near future, don’t forget to start organizing your wedding favors as soon as possible. As a rule of thumb when organizing events, keep things simple as they have a habit of becoming complicated without any human intervention. There is no longer any need to get stressed about what favors you intend to use with the large range it should make your decision easier and take less time.
One option for an easy wedding favor, especially popular with the ladies is flowers. There is virtually no preparation involved in this and depending on how many guests you have you may not have to order them well in advance.
Many people who choose flowers decide on a single red rose for each guest as a symbol of their love. You can simply purchase one for each guest and have a member of the catering staff, a friend or family member place one rose across each place setting after the tables have been set for the wedding reception.
Unfortunately flowers do no appeal to everyone, but with three in every four receptions using candy, this is an easy wedding favor that will. Some people now use a more convenient way to present candy to their guests. All you require to make this successful is to use a large glass bowl and fill it with all your favorite candy for the guests to enjoy.
To complete this idea, a small plain bag or carton can be left for each wedding guest to put their candy into. All you have to do is let each guest have the option to take whatever candy they like and you won’t have anything more to do.
Although candy is popular, you may wish to give your guests a picture frame which is longer lasting and more useful. Although presentation is everything, there are ways around wrapping wedding favors and picture frames are an ideal example of how you can avoid this task. By using the picture frames as placeholders provides a way around this, making it a gift that does not need to be wrapped.
For those of you that like an easy wedding favor that is a little different then why not use a local photographer, you can have each guest pose for a shot which can be presented to them at the wedding reception. All the photographer needs to do is to have a printer with him so he can give each guest their photo before they leave later in the day. This is a way for everyone to have a wedding favor that will remind them of how good they looked on the day. It would also be nice if the photographer could bring along a digital projector so all the photos he had taken of the guests could then be shown on a screen during the reception meal.
